Red Aberdeen Angus bull in front of a stone wall in Spain

Everyone is talking about Aberdeen Angus. And we all know why. A tough, extensive breed with good economical traits and great beef!

Now, this is true. There is a reason for them being one of the two most popular beef breeds in the world.

But can they withstand extreme cold, heat and mountains? To prove that, I imported the best Irish genetics, from Leo McEnroe, Lisduff Angus. They arrived in in November 2024 in the cold mountains of Avila.

I will breed and select them to adapt to this climate, so they will do even better in „normal“ environments. I will also do tests on crosses with other breeds, like Avileña and Hereford.

Contact me (+34 646 76 38 10) or Leo McEnroe (+353 86 638 4072) for more information, advice and breeding stock.

About Spanish breeding

Extreme Spanish climate has upsides and downsides. I use it to produce extremely fit and adapted cattle.
